Autumn Weather

I'm going to admit, I struggled with this month's topic.  So many things make me think of "autumn" - changing leaves, pumpkins, turkey, Halloween, etc.  But, Autumn WEATHER???  How do you use stamps and dies to portray cool, crisp, windy days?  Not to mention the fact that autumn weather here in Atlanta is like the end of summer weather back home in Southern Michigan!

I stood in front of my bookcase of stamps and pondered for a long time.  It rains a lot in the fall back home in Michigan - so Under My Umbrella and Pretty Parasol came off the shelf and into my pile of "I might use this".  Most people associate rain with Spring though - April Showers Bring May Flowers, right? Hmmmm.....more pondering!

This past Sunday, my friend and fellow Candy Heart/Royal Lisa Graham came over and we attended the virtual Candy Hearts Team Meeting together.  She did a fabulous demonstration on ink blending and before she left, she insisted that I take a stab at it.  We pulled 4 colors off the shelf and I attempted a sunset look - Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, Terracotta Tile and Cajun Craze.  It was beautiful, I can't lie (it helps to have a great teacher!).

I sat and looked at that piece of Whisper White that had been beautifully transformed into a sunset background...I thought about using it as a background for a silhouette holding an umbrella on a windy day!  The colors of this sunset are also very fall-like, after all.  But would that be realistic?  Would someone have an umbrella out while the sky is beautiful shades of yellows and oranges??  Probably not. so scratch that idea.

I kept looking at the paper.  I kept thinking about my idea with the silhouette.  I pulled out Silhouette Scenes and the coordinating dies, Sweet Silhouettes.  The tree!  What if I die cut the tree out of my beautifully blended paper?  How cool would those leaves be??  So, I did it - I loved the paper and I CUT it!

It wasn't very realistic looking though...the branches don't turn to yellows and oranges!  Que the Early Espresso paper, the die and my paper snips.  I die-cut the Early Espresso paper and carefully snipped off the leaves, resulting in a layer of beautiful brown to layer over my off-colored tree trunk and branches.  Perfect-o!!!

I was still seeing a silhouette with the wind-struck umbrella.  The little girl pointing up to the sky would be perfect.  I used my Stamparatus to stamp her so I could re-ink a few times to get a deep, full impression.  I fussy-cut her out and placed her under the tree.

Next, I punched an umbrella out of Basic Black using the Umbrella Builder punch.  I played around with the two different umbrella shapes and decided that the partially opened umbrella looked most like it was being pulled in the wind.  I stamped a decorative image onto the Basic Black using Versamark and heat embossed Clear Stampin' Emboss Powder onto it, to give it some texture and interest but still allow it to be a silhouette.

Now I needed a card base and a background.  I didn't want rain, but I wanted a grey-ish blue, to simulate a dreary day, as is common on windy, autumn days in Michigan.  I settled on a background of Seaside Spray and a Smoky Slate card base to bring out the grays in the Seaside Spray.  I embossed the Seaside Spray using the Subtle Embossing Folder, making sure that the pattern went side-to-side across the background, because it's windy in my scene!

I assembled the card, popping the inside-out-umbrella with Stampin' Dimensionals.  Finally, I stamped the sentiment "No matter the weather, we're friends forever" onto a scrap of Terracotta Tile and punched it out using the Timeless Label and adhered it to the card front, adding a final touch of sparkle with a single Artistry Blooms Adhesive-backed sequin.

Candy Hearts Blog Hop - Birthday

Welcome to the Candy Hearts Blog Hop for August! Today we are sharing Birthday themed projects. After reading my post, I hope you will hop to the next person on the list below. Be sure to hop around to see ALL the great projects the Candy Hearts have created for you. We have a special guest with us today. The amazing and talented Lisa Ann Bernard of Queen B Creations is joining us, and I'm sure she has something wonderful to share with us.

Stampin' Up! has an amazing assortment of Designer Series Paper (DSP) that is full of beautiful colors, patterns and textures.  However, today I opted to use just plain cardstock in two different colors to show you that we can make beautiful things even with simple cardstock.

Here's how to make it:

Cut & Score with your Paper Trimmer:

• Rococo Rose - 8.5" x 5.5" - scored at 4.25"
• Rococo Rose - scrap approximately 3" x 3.5"
• Mint Macaron - 4" x 5.25"

Die Cut with Ornate Borders:

• Your piece of Mint Macaron, approximately 1" from the right side of the paper
• Remove all cut pieces

Emboss with Ornate Floral:

• Your die-cut piece of Mint Macaron

Stamp Using Peaceful Moments:

• "Happy Birthday" in Rococo Rose on the scrap of Rococo Rose

Die Cut with Ornate Layers:

• The Happy Birthday sentiment, placing the words to the right side of the opening rather than centering them
• Trim off the excess blank Rococo Rose on the left, so that your sentiment is approximately centered in what is left (as shown)

Assemble the card:

• Fold your scored Rococo Rose card base at the 4.25” score line and burnish with your bone folder
• Adhere the die cut & embossed layer of Mint Macaron, leaving approximately 1/8" border on top, bottom and left
• Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the Rococo Rose sentiment
• Add Pearl Basic Jewels to the centers of the flowers - I used small for the top 3 and a medium for the bottom
• Add a Pearl Basic Jewel to the Sentiment Panel

That's it, you're done!  Can you believe how easy this beautiful card was to make?

Today I want to share a card I made using the Beautiful Moments from the 2020-2021 Annual Catalog.  I absolutely adore this image of the woman standing in a field of flowers.  I imagine that she is thinking about a loved one or a memory, so the sentiment “Thinking of You” struck me as being perfect.

Here's how to make it:

Cut and Score with your Paper Trimmer:

• Seaside Spray - 8.5" x 5.5" - scored at 4.25"
• Plaid Tidings - 4" x 5.25"

Stamp Using the Beautiful Moments Stamp Set:

• In Memento Tuxedo Black, the image of the woman on a 4.5” x 3” piece of Whisper White
• In Memento Tuxedo Black, the sentiment “Thinking of You” under the image of the woman, placing it fairly close to the bottom of the image so that it will all fit in the die cut

Color Using Stampin’ Blends:

• Light & Dark Cinnamon Cider
• Light & Dark Melon Mambo
• Ivory
• Dark Just Jade
• Dark Soft Sea Foam
• Dark Highland Heather

Die Cut Using Stitched Nested Labels:

• 2nd largest Stitched Nested Label - from a piece of Seaside Spray cardstock
• 3rd largest Stitched Nested Label - the colored image of the woman and “Thinking of You” sentiment

Assemble the Card:

• Fold your scored Seaside Spray card base at the 4.25” score line and burnish with your bone folder
• Adhere the Plaid Tidings DSP to the card front 
• Adhere the Seaside Spray Stitched Nested Label to the center of the Plaid Tidings DSP
• Using Stampin’ Dimensionals, adhere the Stitched Nested Label with the image of the woman and “Thinking of You” sentiment 
• Add 3 of Pacific Point sequins from the Whale of a Time sequins

InKing Royalty - Christmas in July

Welcome to InKing Royalty's July Blog Hop! During this year's blog hops, we are enjoying a year of celebrations. This month's projects celebrate Christmas in July. Some of my favorite products from last Christmas have come back this year!  I just love the metallic shine in the Brightly Gleaming DSP and I chose it to be the focus of today's project:

Here's how to make it:

Cut and Score with your Paper Trimmer:

• Thick Very Vanilla - 8.5" x 5.5" - scored at 4.25"
• Brightly Gleaming DSP (Pretty Peacock with copper foil) - 4" x 5.25"
• Brightly Gleaming DSP (Stripes) - 4" x 1.75"

Stamp with the Christmas Gleaming set on Very Vanilla:

1. In Night of Navy - the large ornament with a diamond pattern on it
2. In Pretty Peacock - the small ornament
3. In Memento Tuxedo Black - two of the Holly clusters

Stamp with Christmas Gleaming Set on Copper Foil scrap:

• "Merry Christmas" using Black StazOn - you will want to use StazOn so that the ink dries quickly and doesn't smear

Color with Stampin' Blends:

• Holly Clusters: Light & Dark Old Olive, Light & Dark Real Red
• Large Ornament: Light Pretty Peacock for the diamond shapes
• Both Ornaments: Light Smoky Slate for the "hangers"

Punch Shapes:

• Using the Gleaming Ornaments Punch Pack, punch out both stamped ornaments
• Using the Sprig punch, punch out two sprigs from Copper Foil paper

Fussy Cut:

• Both Holly clusters
• Around the "Merry Christmas" to create a copper frame around the stamped sentiment

Assemble the Card:

• Fold your scored Thick Very Vanilla card base at the 4.25" score line and burnish with your bone folder
• Adhere the 4" x 5.25" of Brightly Gleaming to the card front
• Adhere the layer of striped DSP
• Arrange your Holly clusters and ornaments where you want them, lift up a tiny edge of the Holly Cluster and apply a small amount of Multipurpose Liquid Glue (on both clusters)
• Remove your ornaments and place Stampin' Dimensionals on the back of the larger one (you can also put some Multipurpose Liquid Glue under the inner-portion of the Holly clusters where the ornament will be covering if you would like)
• Adhere your large Ornament to the card front using the Stampin' Dimensionals
• Place Stampin Dimensionals on the left side of the smaller Ornament and a small amount of Multipurpose Liquid Glue on the right where it will overlap the already raised large Ornament
• Place Stampin Dimensionals on the right side of the sentiment and a small amount of Multipurpose Liquid Glue on the left where it will overlap the already raised large Ornament
• Put a small amount of Multipurpose Liquid Glue where the two sprigs meet on the Copper Foil Sprigs, slide them under the raised ornaments

I love Christmas and making Christmas Cards to send to my family & friends - usually I don't get them all done in time to arrive before Christmas, but this year I've started preparing in July and I am so excited!!!

Candy Hearts Blog Hop - In Colors 2020-2022

Welcome to the Candy Hearts Blog Hop for July! Today we are sharing projects featuring the new 2020-2022 In Colors. After reading my post, I hope you will hop to the next person on the list below. The amazing and talented Brian King of stampwithbrian.com is joining us, and I'm sure he has something wonderful to share with us. 

I have been excited about this particular blog hop for a while now; the 2020-2022 In Colors are absolutely beautiful!!  Look at these 5 gorgeous colors:

There were so many ideas swirling in my head for using these colors.  Then I received my Demonstrator pre-order from the new August-December 2020 Mini Catalog and the options expanded even more!!  I decided to celebrate Christmas in July with a stunning Poinsettia in Magenta Madness and Just Jade.  Paired with it are two specialty Designer Series Papers - Plush Poinsettia and Forever Gold.  I think I found the "wow" factor right here! I think you'll be amazed by how simple this card is to put together.

Here's how to make it:

Cut and Score with your Paper Trimmer:

• Just Jade - 8.5" x 5.5" - scored at 4.25"
• Plush Poinsettia - 4" x 5.25"
• Pop out one of the floral-edged shapes from the Forever Gold Specialty DSP (it really doesn't matter what shape the center is, as it will be covered - but you want to have foliage peeking out from either side of your Poinsettia

Stamp with the Poinsettia Petals set:

• 1 each of the 3 Poinsettia petal clusters in Magenta Madness on Magenta Madness cardstock (I used 2 pieces of 4.25" x 5.5" cardstock and had plenty left over)
• 2 of the large Poinsettia leaf outlines and one of the smaller in Just Jade on Just Jade (I again used a piece of 4.25" x 5.5" cardstock)
• That's all the stamping for this card!

Die Cut with Poinsettia Dies:

• All 3 Petal Clusters
• All 3 Leaves

Shape Your Flowers:

• You will need:
• Stylus tip on the Take Your Pick tool
• Stampin' Pierce Mat
• Lie one die-cut petal cluster at a time face down on the Stampin' Pierce Mat
• Using your Stylus, begin making small circles from the outer edge of the petal in toward the center where all connect.
• Use only one hand, if your die cut shape begins to move on the mat, allow it to move naturally, as the paper is doing this in order to take the curvature and this movement prevents ripping as well as provides a more realistic dimension
• Once you have done this to the back of all 5 petals, turn your cluster over and gently press down with the stylus at the base of each petal, so the center where they connect lies lower than the curved petals
• Repeat for the other 2 petal clusters
• Do the same for your leaves, but work from the end furthest from you toward the end closest to you, flip over and gently press down on the end that is where the leaf "starts" - you will eventually be tucking this flattened are in under the Poinsettia

Assemble your Poinsettia:

• Add a small amount of Multipurpose Liquid glue to the center of the middle-sized Poinsettia Petal cluster
• Place this on top of the largest petal cluster, with the petals offset from one another
• Add a small amount of Multipurpose Liquid glue to the center of the smallest Poinsettia Petal cluster
• Adhere this on top of the middle-sized petal cluster, again offsetting the petals
• Take a Beaded Pearl and use the brush end of the Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blend to color the pearls yellow, set aside

Assemble the card:

• Fold your scored Just Jade card base at the 4.25" score line and burnish with your bone folder
• Adhere the panel of Plush Poinsettia DSP to your card base; you will want to use small strips of Tear & Tape on the backs of the leaf designs ONLY.  It is very important not to use adhesive on the translucent areas of the vellum, as the tape will be visible and your card will not have a clean look to it
• Adhere the Forever Gold Specialty DSP piece to the Plush Poinsettia using Multipurpose Liquid Glue
• Adhere the assembled Poinsettia to the center of the Forever Gold Specialty DSP, again using Multipurpose Liquid Glue
• Put a small amount of Multipurpose Liquid Glue at the base of each Just Jade leaf (one at a time) and carefully tuck them under the Poinsettia.  I used tweezers to push down on the cardstock for a few seconds under the Poinsettia to allow the glue to set without crushing the shaped petals
• Place a small amount of Multipurpose Liquid Glue (about the size of one of the pearls you colored yellow) in the center of the Magenta Madness Poinsettia, adhere the Beaded Pearls to this drop of glue.  You will need to hold it for 15-20 seconds, I used my tweezers to firmly push the pearl cluster into the glue

And just like that, we're done!  This non-traditional Christmas Card is sure to "wow" any receipient!

Welcome to InKing Royalty's June Blog Hop! During this year's blog hops, we are enjoying a year of celebrations. This month's projects celebrate the 4th of July - the projects are inspirational, patriotic and filled with reds, whites and blues. We are excited to share our creations with you today! After you read my post, I hope you'll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.

My very first thoughts when I hear Fourth of July are "Stars and Stripes" and "Red, White & Blue".  That said, you can see why I immediately got my Stitched Stars dies out for today's project!

My layout was inspired by a birthday card done by fellow Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, Di Barnes from Australia.  I absolutely loved the way she used the Stitched Stars dies and I knew I could use this as a basis for a fun patriotic card! Here's what I came up with:

Here's how to make it:

Cut and Score with your Paper Trimmer:

• Night of Navy - 8.5" x 5.5" - scored at 4.25"
• In Good Taste DSP - 4.25" x 5.5"
• Whisper White - 5/8" x 2.75"
• Whisper White - 2 7/8" x 5", at the 4" mark on the left side, cut diagonally to the right corner
• Real Red - 3" x 5 1/8", adhere the slanted Whisper White aligned to the right side, then trim so that approximately 1/8" of Real Red is showing on the bottom angled cut.

Die Cut with Stitched Stars Dies:

• 5 of the 2nd-to-largest stitched stars - one each of Night of Navy, Real Red, Whisper White, Misty Moonlight, Cherry Cobbler
• 2 of the fourish-star embellishments from a Silver Foil Sheet (save the small silver stars that come out of this)
• 1 of the 3rd-to-largest stitched stars in Night of Navy

Stamp with the Celebrate Sunflowers set:

• "Let's Celebrate You" in Real Red on your Whisper White strip, but mask over "you" so the end result is "Let's celebrate"

Assemble the "Star Pile":

• Place the Night of Navy stitched star on your work surface
• Apply a small amount of Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the back of the Real Red stitched star, only in the center.  Place this on top of the Night of Navy stitched star, offset toward the right slightly (approximately 1/8" though you do not have to be exact)
• Apply a small amount of Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the back of the Whisper White stitched star, only in the center.  Place this on top of the Real Red stitched star that you adhered to the Night of Navy stitched star, offset toward the right slightly
• Continue until all 5 of the large stitched stars have been added, each offset a little more to the right than the last.  I went in this order: Night of Navy, Real Red, Whisper White, Misty Moonlight, Cherry Cobbler
• Adhere your smaller Night of Navy stitched star to the center of the Cherry Cobbler stitched star
• VIOLA - you have a fun, spiraling "star pile"!!

Assemble Your Card:

• Fold your scored Night of Navy card base at the 4.25" score line and burnish with your bone folder
• Adhere the panel of In Good Taste DSP to your card base
• Adhere your Real Red/Whisper White panel that is cut at an angle, align this to the right side of the card
• Adhere the two flourish-star embellishments to the angled piece of Whisper White.  Glue a full one along the left side of the piece of Whisper White.  Cut down the other flourish-star so that it will fit along the angled side of the Whisper White.  It's okay if there is some overlap, you'll cover it with your beautiful "star pile"
• Adhere the "star pile" over the intersection of the two flourish-stars.  I aligned mine with the edge of the Whisper White angled layer, which resulted in the Cherry Cobbler/Night of Navy on the top of the "star pile" being almost perfectly straight
• Using your Paper Snips, cut a banner-tip on the right side of your "Let's celebrate" sentiment
• Add a Mini Stampin Dimensional to the sentiment banner behind the end of the word "celebrate", apply some Multipurpose Liquid Glue behind "let's" - adhere on top of the star pile as shown
• Apply Mini Stampin Dimensionals to a few of the stars that came out of the flourish die, adhere them to the card front as you see fit

Candy Hearts Blog Hop - Patriotic

When I think of being Patriotic, I think of thanking those who gave us our freedom, so today's card is a "Thank You" with an Americana feel to it.  Today's Card is simple to put together, but the recipient will never know that!

• Thick Whisper White - 8.5" x 5.5" - scored at 4.25"
• Real Read - 4" x 5.25"

Die Cut with Stitched Rectangles:

• Night of Navy - largest Stitched Rectangle (3.75" x 5-1/8")
• Whisper White - three pieces using the smallest Stitched Rectangle that naturally nests in the largest Stitched Rectangle (2-3/8" x 1")
• Real Red - two pieces using the smallest Stitched Rectangle that naturally nests in the largest Stitched Rectangle (2-3/8" x 1")

Die Cut with Stitched Stars:

• Whisper White - 5 of the smallest Stitched Stars (there is one smaller than what I used, but the star that cuts out has no stitching)

Stamp with the Parcels & Petals set:

• Stamp "Thank You" in Real Red on two of the Whisper White Stitched Rectangles
• Stamp "Thank You" in Night of Navy on the remaining Whisper White Stitched Rectangle
• I used my Stamparatus for this so that once I had my stamp centered and straight I could easily stamp all three sentiments in the same spot on each of the rectangles - it's such an amazing tool!!

Assemble Your Card:

• Fold your scored Thick Whisper White card base at the 4.25" score line and burnish with your bone folder
• Adhere the Real Red 4" x 5.25" mat to your card front, centered
• Adhere the large Night of Navy Stitched Rectangle to the Real Red Mat
• Adhere your small Stitched Rectangles to the large Night of Navy Stitched Rectangle
• Beginning with a Whisper White stamped in Real Red, align this piece to the top right corner of the Night of Navy Stitched Rectangle
• Adhere one of the Real Red Stitched Rectangles directly beneath your Whisper White one, being careful to not leave any Night of Navy exposed between the two - they will all fit perfectly as long as they are placed closely
• Adhere the Whisper White that is stamped with Night of Navy, then your second Real Red and finally the last Whisper White stamped in Real Red
• Using Mini Stampin' Dimensionals, adhere the 5 Whisper White Stitched Stars to the exposed Night of Navy Stitched Rectangle

Sunshine!!!

Welcome to InKing Royalty's May Blog Hop! During this year's blog hops, we are enjoying a year of celebrations. This month's projects celebrate Sunshine, so prepare yourself for projects that are filled with sunny images of joy in the great outdoors. We are excited to share our creations with you today! After you read my post, I hope you'll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.

When I think of Sunshine, I think of being outdoors enjoying the sunshine!!!  What better way to enjoy the sunshine than golfing?  I've used the Clubhouse Suite for this adorable shaker card - hurry to get yours, this beauty retires June 2, 2020!

Here's how to make it:

Cut and score with your Paper Trimmer:

• Crushed Curry - 8.5" x 5.5" - scored at 4.25" 
• Crushed Curry - 5.5" x 4.25"
• Country Club DSP - 2 pieces at 5.5" x 4.25" (I used two different patterns, a plaid for the focal point and golf flags for the background)
• Window Sheet - 5.25" x 4" (this will allow plenty of surface to adhere to the inside of your shaker box, but not so much that you risk it peeking out on the sides)
• Whisper White - 5.25" x 4" (for inside your card)

Stamp with the Clubhouse stamp set:

• "Happy Birthday" in Memento Tuxedo Black on a plaid ribbon of DSP (there is a sheet that has various shapes, including the plaid ribbon you see pictured - it is sized to match the dies)

Die Cut with Stitched Rectangles:

• The 5.5" x 4.25" piece of DSP that you want to be on the front of your card AND the 5.5" x 4.25" piece of Crushed Curry. Layer the Crushed Curry under your DSP and die cut the pieces at the same time.  Try to center this the best you can

Die Cut with the Gold Club Dies:

• Garden Green and Shaded Spruce - tufts of grass (I used 4 of each color)
• Scraps of Crushed Curry, Poppy Parade and Night of Navy - golf balls (I cut 6 balls in each color, which is twice through the die cut machine per color)
• Scrap of Smoky Slate - Golf Tee
• Scrap of Whisper White -Golf Ball
• Your stamped Plaid "Happy Birthday" Ribbon - the ribbon die that fits the section of DSP you chose to stamp on

Prepare Wooden Shaker Elements:

• Pop out the wooden shapes from the Country Club Elements that you wish to use - I used golf clubs, flags and golf balls

Assemble Your Card:

• Fold your scored Crushed Curry card base at the 4.25" score line and burnish with your bone folder
• Adhere the 5.5" x 4.25" piece of DSP that you want to be the background of your shaker card (in my example, this piece has flags).  If your background DSP has a directional image on it, make sure that the top of the image is toward the folded edge of the card base.
• Set your card base aside
• Now take the two pieces in which you cut rectangles out of the middles.  Glue the Crushed Curry to the back side of your DSP - this will make the front of your shaker card stronger so that it can handle all the shaking it will get 😉
• Using your Multipurpose Liquid Glue, apply a thin line around the inner rectangle on the Crushed Curry side of your card front - adhere your window sheet
• Now take Foam Adhesive Strips and line them around the outer edge of your Crushed Curry and also about 1/4 from the inner edge. Ensure that there are no gaps on your inner rectangle of Foam Adhesive Strips, or your shaker elements won't stay visible.  Do not remove the backing yet
• PRO TIP: While this piece is still face down (Crushed Curry side up), lightly dust your window sheet and around the inner edge of the Foam Adhesive Strips with your Embossing Buddy.  This will keep your paper elements from static-clinging to the Window Sheet and from sticking to any residual glue that may be on the inner edge of your Foam Adhesive Strips.  If too much powder comes out of the Embossing Buddy, you can wipe some off the Window Sheet using a paper towel, but don't wipe too much or too hard else the static will build right back
• Lie your wooden elements face down on the Window Sheet inside your inner Foam Adhesive Strip frame.  When I saw "face down" I mean so that the side with the design is "looking" out your window.
• Add your tufts of grass and colored golf balls - no particular order is necessary, but you want to make sure you aren't stacking your various elements; if they get stacked they will get wedged between the Window Sheet and the card base and then they won't shake
• Once you have all your shaker elements arranged, gently peel off the backing of all Foam Adhesive Strips
• Take your card base and carefully lay it onto the shaker box you have created, taking care to ensure the design on your DSP aligns with the direction of the card fold (this isn't important for a plaid, but it would be for flags or golf carts) and that you line up all four edges of the card base and Shaker Window.  Once aligned, apply a small amount of pressure to make sure all the Foam Adhesive Strips seal to both sides of paper
• Adhere your golf tee, golf ball and sentiment ribbon to the front of your card.  I chose to put them in the bottom right corner, but the choice is ultimately yours!
• Adhere your Whisper White panel to the inside of the card base

Now shake, shake, shake!!!

Isn't that such a pleasant sound to hear those wooden elements shaking around inside your card?  I promise that the golfer in your life is going to LOVE this!!!

Here's a closer look at the die-cut Golf Ball - I just adore the detailed embossing that this die creates! It looks so realistic that you would hardly guess it's just a plain piece of Whisper White card stock!
